Do I need to book an appointment?
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking an appointment for your exclusive InfraslimX session via the website, our social pages or by calling us on 0439 098 253. We do accept walk-ins however, cannot guarantee session availability at your chosen time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and AfterPay.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask customers who have booked appointments online or by phone to notify us of cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will count as a completed session.
What if I am running late for my appointment?
We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. However sessions must begin on time to allow for the appropriate amount of time to complete your service. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that time can be made up.
What should I wear and bring to my session?
Sessions should be undertaken in gym gear and we recommend bike shorts or even bikini bottoms to allow maximum exposure of infrared and collagen light therapy to the legs, thighs and lower abdomen. Bring a gym towel and water bottle with you too. If you forget we do have towels for hire and water bottles
